Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you offer Afterpay?

Yep! Afterpay is available at checkout.
Buy now, pay later — no stress.

Q: Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Everything is made by hand — by me.
No factories, no mass production. Each piece is made with intention.

Q: why do you use lab-made stones?

Lab-made stones are a big part of SOURBABEI because they align with how I want to create; sustainably, affordably, and without compromise. They offer the same beauty and durability as natural stones, but with less environmental impact and a lower cost, meaning I can keep my work accessible without sacrificing quality.

They also withstand the extreme heat needed in my process, making them a practical choice for what I do.

Q: What’s your return policy?

Each piece is one of a kind, so I don’t offer returns unless something arrives damaged. If there’s a problem, please reach out and I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Q: What’s your processing time?

Your order will usually ship within 3–5 business days (within Australia)

International orders will likely take 2-3 weeks.

I’ll always let you know if there’s any delay and include tracking with every order.

Q: How do I care for my ring?

Honestly? Wear it all the time. These rings thrive on love and daily wear — they get shinier the more you touch and live in them. If you leave them sitting around, they can get a bit dull or dusty. Just avoid harsh chemicals and they’ll stay beautiful for years.

Q: Black Marks? No stress!

All SOURBABEI pieces are made from .999 fine silver — ultra-pure, soft, and beautiful. Sometimes, this metal can react with natural oils, sweat, or products on your skin, leaving a faint grey or black mark. It’s totally normal and harmless. Silver’s just getting to know you.

You can rub it off (with some force) using a polishing cloth or a dab of baking soda and water. Over time, the silver will settle into a natural patina and become more stable with wear.

As always, if there are any issues - please reach out via email and I will try my best to assist <3

Q: Do you work with gold?

Nope :)
